Ecological workshops for seniors

There is no need to convince anyone how important ecological education is. On the 16^th of October, as part of the „City as Space for Development” project, financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for the years 2014-2021, ecological classes for seniors were held at the Scout House.

During the meeting, the following topics were discussed: global warming and the greenhouse effect; how human activity is responsible for global warming and lifestyle changes – scenarios for fighting global warming. The strengths and weaknesses of the scenarios for fighting global warming were also discussed.

The next workshops of this type are planned as part of the project and they will take place on the 19^th of October. We will keep you informed about subsequent meetings.
