Training on modern leadership and motivating the employees

„Strategic management. Instruments of modern leadership and motivating the employees” is the subject of a training course held as part of the project „The City as Space for Development”, which took place in Ogrodzieniec on 27^th and 28^th February. The representatives of the City Office in Zabrze and the urban units of Zabrze participated in it.

The participants of the training course could extend their knowledge on, without limitation, the principles of building authority by the manager, communication, motivating, management in crisis situations, emotion management, concepts of Hersey and Blanchard, neurological levels by Robert Dilts or the fundamentals of authority.

The courses were conducted by the trainers: Jagoda Wąsowska and Grzegorz Gustaw.
