The children participating in the day camps will play, explore Zabrze and become familiar with various professions.<\/h3>\n<p>The day camps that we offer is an example that even if we stay in the city for vacation we do not have to be bored. The children who will participate in them will certainly spend their time in an interesting and active way. This will be the date of the first term that will last until the 28<sup>th<\/sup> July. The second term will be between the 31<sup>st<\/sup> July and the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> August.<\/p>\n<p>Information: The Family Development Centre: +48 32 630-32-32 and <a href=\"mailto:crr@crr.miastozabrze.pl\">crr@crr.miastozabrze.pl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Booking a place for your child to the \u201cVacation Educational-Occupational Project for the Active\u201d is subject to your becoming familiar with and acceptance of the rules and submission of the documents required.<\/p>\n<p>The bookings are accepted along with the complete set of documents filled out by the parent\/guardian:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personally at the secretary\u2019s office of the Family Development Centre in Zabrze, No. 8 Park Hutniczy, in their opening hours, and<\/li>\n<li>By email to: zapisy@crr.miastozabrze.pl with a note \u2013 recruitment \u201cVacation Educational-Occupational Project For The Active\u201d. The applications by those who did not participate in the last year\u2019s day camps will be considered first.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To book your child and include in the list of participants the following documents must be filled out and signed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Recruitment Form accompanied by declaration of the legal guardian of no impediments to the child\u2019s participation in the Project.<\/li>\n<li>The Qualification Card (important: in the immunization column enter date\/year the vaccination took place). Notice: the persons who emailed the card must also produce its hard copy pursuant to domestic regulations (on the recruitment date or on receipt of information on the recruitment results).<\/li>\n<li>The Project Participant\u2019s declaration on consent to process their personal details pursuant to GDPR, representing appendix No. 3 to the Project Rules.<\/li>\n<li>The recruitment for the day camp will go on between 30th May and 6th June.
