On the 24th<\/sup> of June 24 in the main hall of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the Academy of Silesia in Zabrze (3\u20135 Park Hutniczy Street) the closing ceremony of the second edition of the Children’s and Youth Academy took place. The project, implemented by the City of Zabrze in partnership with the Academy of Silesia as part of the project „City as space for development”, was financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism.<\/h3>\n

The project was aimed at satisfying cognitive curiosity, scientific interests and developing passions and talents of children and youth, as well as encouraging them to learn about the world and various fields of science. The classes were held at the prof. Zbigniew Religa Faculty of Medical Sciences in Zabrze and were conducted by teachers, experts and specialists in various fields.<\/p>\n

The addressees were young people from Zabrze, aged 7 to 17, living and studying in our city. More than 100 children and teenagers participated in the classes. Everyone could feel like real students!<\/p>\n\n\t\t
