Tender announcement"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>On the 6 March a contract notice was published in the procedure for the implementation of the task entitled &#8222;Creating open and accessible urban spaces in the Park Hutniczy (Metallurgical Park) in Zabrze&#8221; as part of \u201cThe City as Space for Development\u201d project financed from the &#8222;Local Development&#8221; program co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for the years 2014-2021 and the State Budget.<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/logo_zabrze_light_dark-e1678802362622.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8442 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/logo_zabrze_light_dark-e1678802362622.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/logo_zabrze_light_dark-e1678802362622.png 550w, https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/logo_zabrze_light_dark-e1678802362622-300x90.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The opening of bids is scheduled for the 29<sup>th<\/sup> March.<\/p>\n<p>A comprehensive revitalization of the Park Hutniczy (Metallurgical Park) is the subject of the contract, including among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>construction of recreational-and-play facilities: water playground, skate park, playground for children, outdoor gym, dog run and equipping them with recreational-and-play equipment and surface;<\/li>\n<li>construction of a sanitary-and-social building with infrastructure;<\/li>\n<li>assembly of small architecture objects: pergolas, benches, seats, deckchairs, dustbins, segregation bins, bird and insect boxes, information boards, bicycle racks, barbecue areas (tables, benches, concrete grills);<\/li>\n<li>disassembly of existing asphalt and concrete surfaces and components;<\/li>\n<li>making the new paths, squares and hardenings;<\/li>\n<li>making the lighting installation in the park;<\/li>\n<li>making the internal installations in the field: water supply, energy installation, sanitary sewage system, technological sewage system for the water playground;<\/li>\n<li>making the internal installations in the building: water and sewage system, central heating (heat pump), electrical and low-current installation (photovoltaics, monitoring, power supply for the heat pump and swimming pool technology), mechanical ventilation;<\/li>\n<li>construction of a water supply and sewage network for recreational facilities;<\/li>\n<li>reconstruction of the existing water supply network and disassembly of its part colliding with the planned water playground;<\/li>\n<li>making a replica of Neptune&#8217;s drinking trough with the necessary connections;<\/li>\n<li>clearing the green area of garbage, roots, broken branches, grubbing up colliding self-seeders (not requiring a logging permit) and tree stumps;<\/li>\n<li>levelling, cleaning and reclamation of the existing natural lawn surface and places after liquidated hardening with soil preparation for new plantings;<\/li>\n<li>planting trees, bushes, accompanying plants and sowing with grass;<\/li>\n<li>replanting two young trees;<\/li>\n<li>completing the existing concrete fence with the installation of two gates;<\/li>\n<li>performing the construction works covered by the project documentation, along with the delivery and assembly of devices and equipment necessary for the functioning of the designed facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Plac-zabaw-wodny-wizualizacja-na-www.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-8499 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Plac-zabaw-wodny-wizualizacja-na-www-1024x619.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"619\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Plac-zabaw-wodny-wizualizacja-na-www-1024x619.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Plac-zabaw-wodny-wizualizacja-na-www-300x181.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Plac-zabaw-wodny-wizualizacja-na-www-768x465.jpg 768w, https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Plac-zabaw-wodny-wizualizacja-na-www-1536x929.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/eng.zabrzeprzestrzeniarozwoju.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Plac-zabaw-wodny-wizualizacja-na-www.jpg 1701w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the 6 March a contract notice was published in the procedure for the implementation of the task entitled &#8222;Creating open and accessible urban spaces in the Park Hutniczy (Metallurgical Park) in Zabrze&#8221;
